FAQ

Common Questions

First Visit

What should I expect on my first visit?
When you arrive, you'll be welcomed and walked through a brief intake so your therapist understands what you're working with, whether that's chronic tension, a specific area of concern, or just a need to decompress. From there, the session is yours. We take care of you from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. First-timers are always welcome to ask questions before or after their session.
What should I wear?
Whatever is comfortable. You'll have complete privacy to undress to your comfort level before your session, and you'll be fully draped throughout. Most clients undress fully, but there's no requirement. Your comfort sets the standard.
How do I find you in the building?
We are located on the 5th floor of the 77 Monroe Building downtown. Check out our walkthrough video to see exactly how to get through the building.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes. Euphoria Wellness offers validated parking at the Monroe Center Ramp, located nearby in downtown Grand Rapids. Just mention it when you arrive and we'll take care of the validation. Get directions here.

Memberships

Can I use my membership for facials too?
(Need help with this answer)

Can I pause or cancel my membership?
We get it, life has seasons. Members can [pause / cancel] with [X days] notice through Vagaro or by reaching out to us directly. We don't believe in trapping people into commitments, and we'd rather work with you to find a cadence that fits your life than lose you altogether. If something comes up, just talk to us.

Appointments

Do you take same-day appointments?
Yes, often. We're located in the 77 Monroe Building in downtown Grand Rapids, steps from City Flats Hotel, and same-day availability comes up regularly. The best way to check is to book directly through Vagaro, where you'll see real-time openings. If you're nearby and curious, it's worth a look.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least [X hours] in advance. This allows us to offer that time to another client and keeps our therapists' schedules running smoothly. Cancellations made inside that window [may be subject to a fee / details TBD]. If something comes up, reach out as soon as you can and we'll do our best to work with you.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
Life happens, especially downtown. If you arrive late, your therapist will make the most of the time remaining. That said, we do keep your session at its scheduled end time out of respect for the clients who follow you. The best way to get every minute you paid for is to arrive five minutes early and let the transition into your session be part of the experience.
How long are your sessions?
Massage session lengths vary from 40, 60, or 90 minutes. Facial services are either 60 or 80 minutes depending on what you're having done. You can view the full service menu and book directly through Vagaro, where all session lengths and pricing are listed.

Miscellaneous

How often should I get a massage?
For most people managing everyday stress and desk-related tension, once every four to six weeks is a solid baseline. If you're dealing with chronic pain or working through a specific issue, bi-weekly sessions tend to produce better results. Think of it less like a treat and more like maintenance. Your body accumulates tension over time and responds well to consistent attention.
How often should I get a facial
For most people, once a month is the sweet spot. Your skin naturally cycles through a renewal process roughly every 30 days, and regular facials work with that rhythm to keep things consistent. If you're addressing a specific concern like congestion, uneven tone, or sensitivity, your esthetician will recommend a cadence based on what your skin actually needs.
